This home was both designed and built by Ryan Mitchell Builders with easy care living in mind. A smaller home of approximately 150m2, featuring two double bedrooms, with the option to provide for a third bedroom upon demand at a later date to cater for the homeowners’ changing needs, a family bathroom as well as a spacious ensuite.
This extensive renovation saw our team transform what was an old waterfront bach into a beautiful contemporary new home.
Positioned on the edge of the beautiful Motueka Golf Course, this home featured 180m2, three double bedrooms, open plan living and a separate media room.
Something a little different! This pole shed was built for an underwater photographer to cover a pool built by a local pool company.
This 250m2 American style barn was constructed and converted into a spacious family home. The build was simple, yet clever and we just love the bright red door.
