This project was not without its hurdles. Situated on the water’s edge, the build was heavily restricted by easements and council building setbacks meaning the home had to be renovated within a very similar footprint to the existing bach. However, where there is a will, there is always a way and in this instance the way has led us to a beautiful dwelling that our customers are thrilled to call their home.
